Ten (10) candidates vying for the “Miss Teen Tourism of Dipolog 2006” formally affirmed their decision to join the coveted beauty and brain pageant hosted by the local government. The “Search for Miss Teen Tourism-Dipolog 2006” is just one of the many activity in store for the celebration of the “National Tourism Week” as well as the “Ikaduhang Dahunog sa Dipolog,” which will commence on September 21 until the City Fiesta on October 7, 2006.
The ten (10) official candidates are Marie Antonette A. Barrera from Sicayab National High School, Nova Blanche V. Barluado of St. Vincent’s College High School, Ma. Windy Claire C. Santillana of the Dipolog City National High School, Rodelyn A. Zamoras from Galas National High School, Marinell I. Humphreys from Andres Bonifacio College – High School; Irene Rose S. Heramis of Gulayon Integrated School, Josefina Jessica G. Realiza from the Zamboanga del Norte National High School, Emily R. Cagalitan of the Richmond Montessori College-High School, Cherry Fe Ates Descallar from AQUMAT Science High School and last but definitely not the least Dawn Karyll Ross G. Elopre from the Dipolog Community School. Tha Ms. Teen Tourism 2006 candidates will make their first official public exposure on September 22, 2006 through a motorcade that will end at the Dipolog Boulevard. The Talent Night presentation will be held on Septiyembre 29 and the Coronation Night for the Miss Teen Tourism-Dipolog 2006 is scheduled on October 7, during the town fiesta. The lucky winner for the Miss Teen Tourism pageant shall receive the cash prize of P5,000, the 1st runner-up P3,000, while the 2nd runner-up will bring home P2,000. |
