Today, Dipolog marks another milestone in her colorful journey towards the attainment of progress and development. For indeed, from a small community before, Dipolog has painstakingly grown to what it is now. It has been faithfully responding to the challenges and changes of the times.

Like wine, Dipolog is becoming better and better through the years. For first timers here, stepping into Dipolog may turn out to be an experience that needs to be repeated. For the Balikbayans, Dipolog is now a far cry from the quaint, sleepy town it used to be. Dipolog has a lot to offer for almost all sectors with different likes and agenda.

As the City Mayor of Dipolog, I therefore genuinely welcome you all to this 92nd Natal Day of the City. With humility, I offer the new Dipolog for you to savor and hope you help enhance its growth and economic stability. Let us do our part to contribute whatever positive share we can incorporate for its throbbing and pulsating economy.

It is my fervent hope that we shall find joy and meaning in commemorating this special day. With the blessings of the Almighty Father, we can be sure of His never ceasing support.
